Raquel Snowden - RN, BSN
Lead Aesthetic Specialist
Raquel Snowden is a highly skilled Aesthetic Specialist with exceptional artistic ability. Born in East Los Angeles, Raquel attended Los Angeles City College where she received her undergraduate RN degree. She went on to graduate with honors from California State University Long Beach where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. Raquel mastered Intensive Care Medicine through rigorous and continued education at LAC/USC County Hospital Level 1 Trauma Center from 2014 to 2019. As Raquel began working per-diem assignments, she developed her passion for work in plastic surgery and aesthetics while under the direct observation of Dr. Paul Nassif, Dr. Gabriel Chiu, Dr. Jaime Schwartz, Dr. Harry Glassman, and Dr. Grace Peng. Her work with Beverly Hills’ top plastic surgeons inspired Raquel to attend the world-renowned “Esthetics Skin Institute” in Miami Florida and obtain her official credentials as an aesthetic provider through hands-on training with all of the latest and most cutting-edge aesthetic practices. Raquel is currently enrolled in the University of Southern California’s Nurse Practitioner program to receive her Masters Degree and Nurse Practitioner Designation.
Pavlo Isak, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Pavlo Isak is a highly skilled and talented plastic surgeon who performs a variety of advanced plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures. Specializing in body, breast, and facial procedures, Dr. Isak’s commitment to the field, coupled with his passion for art, enables him to produce outstanding results for his clients.
Dr. Isak has held many leadership and mentoring roles throughout his education and training. Before completing his plastic surgery residency, he received additional instruction in head and neck surgery. After years of schooling and extensive training, he pursued an Aesthetic Fellowship here in Laguna Beach.
Dr. Isak provides his patients with customized treatment plans and the highest level of quality care. He blends his vast surgical knowledge and abilities with his considerable talents as an artist to create exceptional aesthetic outcomes. In addition, Dr. Isak’s artistic skills have produced medical illustrations in published works such as Understanding Breast Reconstruction.
Dr. Isak understands that obtaining any cosmetic enhancement procedure is a significant decision. He is deeply committed to providing his patients with the safest treatments and best results. In his free time, Dr. Isak enjoys painting, traveling, or snowboarding in the cooler months.
Joseph grew up in Spring Lake Michigan and went on to study Business Management at the University of Cincinnati. Joe began working for Hyatt Hotels in 2005 and would eventually go on to manage at every level over his 9-year career from Cincinnati, to San Antonio, Seattle, and finally Napa California. Joe left Hyatt in 2015 and took over as General Manager of a historic Michigan resort hotel before returning to California where he would assume the role of Services Director for WeWork’s Southern California Portfolio. In the 3 years he was in this role, he would manage all of the 35 SoCal locations operations, service contracts, lease agreements, opening plans, and much more. Founding Executive Healthcare in 2020 to manage the creation and operation of Executive Esthetics, Joseph seeks to recreate the successes he managed in his previous career stops and elevate Executive Esthetics into Orange County’s premiere clinic in service and satisfaction.
